We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
-Opened or used fragrance products
-Sale items
-Gift cards
-Custom or personalized orders
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
