All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

City Parfums is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
